The tastiest fixture remaining this season, against our near but not-so-dear neighbours Norwich City, is fast-becoming literally the hottest ticket in town!
Sales moved into their last thousand within the last 24-hours, news which fully vindicates Robbie Cowling`s decision not to allow the visiting side an extra allocation despite their demands earlier this month.
City’s return in January re-lights this season`s ongoing feud between the East Anglian rivals which began unexpectedly at the start of the season when Colchester recorded an astonishing 7-1 at Carrow Road.
That result saw ex-boss Paul Lambert inadvertently advertise himself as the opposition`s new manager – I think you know the rest!
It`s a game for which the word hyperbole might easily have been invented and yet ironically is no hard-sell. To anyone without a ticket? what are you still doing here!
Book now: it`ll be a New Year cracker!
So what do you think?

I think that you will find that a lot of them are being bought by Norwich fans
…And I think you will find that a lot of Norwich fans who have bought tickets have been tracked down and the U’s have taken the appropiate actions!!! Cant wait for it!!! Up the U’s!
There’ll be thousands of City fans there, so I’m not surprised it is nearly sold-out.
…And if like I’ve heard some say they sing, celebrate or wear Norwich colours will be quickly ejected….
Where did you hear this Steve? Club policy?
Hear what, matt?
