Colchester United’s Dean Gerken and Chris Coyne were selected for The Championship ‘team of the week’, after impressing against Ipswich on Saturday.
The U’s defeated local rivals Town, 2-0 at Layer Road, and earned a rare clean-sheet in the process.
U’s keeper Gerken made a number of vital saves, while Coyne defended excellently as Ipswich mounted the pressure.
