Johnnie Jackson’s powerful volley, 20 minutes from time, earned the U’s a point against Cardiff City.

Paul Parry curled home brilliantly to give the Bluebirds a first-half lead. Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink saw red after colliding with Dean Gerken in the home goal, before Jackson struck.

The U’s could have won it late on, but it wasn’t to be.

i dont think performence is your problem, when your playin home, your stadium should be your fortress, and i think the fans are the extra man for you, and they drive you on to do better. but after seeing only 4,000 i heard was there, thats where your problem lies, if the fans returned, results would be differant,

mate, when you said that it sounds as if your struggling to reach 10,000 fans a game. if thats true, your losing money, which will mean players will have to go,

  • Matt_Us says:

Do Col U have a 10,000 fan base? They must do if the new staduim holds that!

If we can hold on to players like Lisbie, who I think could become a goal machine in League 1

Good coments guys. Well I’ve heard we need at least 7000 a home game to break even on the stadium build!
