Lisbie: 3 in 3, But Still Not Happy!

Colchester United striker Kevin Lisbie is bang in form, three goals in his last three games…But still not happy!

Despite Lisbie finding a rich vein of form, the U`s have come out of those games without any points.

‘It’s a bit of a bad time to hit a scoring streak when it’s not helping us to wins.’ Lisbie told CU-Fc.com.

‘I’d obviously like it more if those goals were turning our results into three points each time. That would help us climb up the table, but it’s just not happening for us at the moment.’

‘There was a period where the teams all around us were all losing and we had chances to get a win and pull ourselves away from trouble and we didn’t do that.’

With relegation to League One looking more and more likely, after Tuesday`s defeat to Sheffield Wednesday, Lisbie insist the U`s will keep on giving their best: ‘We can’t let it break us though, we’ve got nine games left and we have got to do the best for ourselves and the crowd.’
