Magnus Okuonghae’s stock continues to rise and a transfer to Leeds before the transfer window closed last week was ‘reported’, but never happened.

Millwall are the latest club that have been linked with the defender who is looking more and more likely to leave The U’s in the not too distant future…

With his contract expiring in the summer the chances are he will be sold in January when the transfer window reopens, although it is possible that he could go out on loan now.

Such a move is unlikely, although should this happen it would happen with a permanent transfer, with a fee agreed, in mind surely?

Okuonghae looks to be in the final throws of his U’s career, all anyone can do is hope that with his help the club can move forward while he remains.
