Sheringham`s First Taste Of Management

Ex-Manchester United, Tottenham and Colchester United striker Teddy Sheringham has finally taken to the manger`s tracksuit.

Except that Teddy, 42, will not be in charge of a professional side. The former England international was coaching for charity, says the Sun newspaper.

He is to guid Everton woman`s team on May 11 in Football Aid`s first-ever all-woman event.

The player joked: “This is my kind of management job!”

‘Seriously though, I am pleased to be involved with Football Aid`s first ever event for women,’ he explained “It is a great charity which raises so much money for worthy causes.”

Sheringham has been linked with a professional role as a coach, possibly eyeing a return to his former club Spurs.
