Dan Holman recently left Colchester for good with former Charlton loanee Callum Harriott also seeing his U’s loan cut short and him returning to his parent club a little ahead of schedule.

Not only did Harriott return to the Addicks 24-hours early, when previously unexpected to have a future with the Championship side at all, he saw himself back in their team against Nottingham Forest at the start of the year.

Harriott’s future’s away from the Weston Homes Community Stadium, after 23 appearances for the U’s and seven-goals in the first half of the season, but so to is Holman’s with the Official Website confirming he’s finally left on a permanent basis after several loan spells since his arrival in the summer of 2014 managing five appearances from the bench.

Wrexham, Aldershot and Dover have all had the 25-year-old on loan with him on loan with Woking during the first half of this season with him doing enough to impress Cheltenham into wanting him with him allowed to leave on a free.
