Geraint Williams admitted he was annoyed with his players, as the U`s threw away a one goal lead to lose 2-1 at home to Bristol City.
Clive Platt gave Williams` men the lead but goals from Dele Adebola and Michael McIndoe ensured the U`s ended the game empty handed.
Williams told BBC Sport, post-match: ‘That’s as annoyed as I’ve been for a long long time. We worked very hard in the first half but it looked like we froze and we gave them two helping hands to get back into the game.’
‘The boys who were out there were good enough to come in and play.’
The Welshmen also said: ‘We shot ourselves in the foot and when you do that in the second half, you can expect to concede goals.’
