We’re still in the relegation zone, with our chances of staying up taking another blow, when we lost at Rochdale on Saturday.

The two-one win that Rochdale secured at Spotland leaves us two-points adrift of League 1 safety while our hosts boosted their own play-offs hopes to move to within three-points of the top six.

We couldn’t have got off to a worst possible start when Bennett (6) headed Rochdale into a sixth-minute lead, which was taken into half time.

The start to the second half wasn’t much better with Henderson (55) adding to the lead when he made it two just 10-minutes into the second half to leave us a mountain to climb!

Hope was revived just past the hour when Porter (63), who missed his last penalty, stepped up to give us hope after Rose had brought down Massey. We couldn’t find the leveller though…. There’s still time to turn things around but we’ve got to get some points on the board, and fast.
