The U`s League One away clashes with Brighton and Southend have new kick-off times.
First, Brighton and Hove City Council requested December`s tie be moved back a day from 12th to 11th, and then Essex Police requested that the Boxing Day derby against Southend should kick-off at 1 pm, and not 3pm.
So, to confirm, the Brighton game is now a Friday evening kick-off, at 7:45, instead of 3pm the following day.
The official website also says Colchester and Ipswich will be fielding strong squads as they play a pre-season game which doubles as a testimonial for ex-Tractor Boy, defender Fabian Wilnis.
Tickets went on sale this week and adults are priced at £15, while those under sixteen are just £2. Teens and seniors are £8 entry.
