Left back Danny Granville has joined Colchester on a free transfer and becomes the second player today and the 6th this summer.

Granville boast a wealth of experience and joins as a left sided defender filling the void left by Chris Barker and his move to QPR.

Another welcome sight at Layer Road, keep em rolling Geriant!

    he didnt play at all for craystal palace last season, so that tells u how gd he is

    I heard he did and against Colchester too, then he got injured. I may be wrong tho?

    He played on loan a Norwich at one point but had his place taken at palace by Gary Borrowdale. He did play against Col U (in the away game) and played 15 times last season.
