Colchester have appointed former Welsh International Kit Symons as assistant to Geriant Williams replacing mickey adams who left last week.
Symons who played for Manchester City and Fulham as a defender left Crystal Palace in October after the arrival of Neil Warnock and is a former Wales team-mate of deriant Williams.
Symons has taken up the role an will be in the dugout for Colchester’s Coca-Cola Championship Home clash with Hull City on Saturday.
