Colchester United`s Hungarian international Bela Balogh broke his nose in yesterday`s 3-1 derby loss away to Ipswich, which is the third time the defender has broken his nose in his career.
Two of these have already happened while Bela was wearing a Colchester shirt. The 22-year old, who has played in the U`s last three games, was withdrawn five minutes before the end of the game at Portman Road last night after filling in for injured skipper Karl Duguid.
The no-nonsense Balogh joined on a season-long loan from Hungarian side MTK Hungária, and recently featured in a Euro 2008 qualifier for Hungry.
His manager, Geriant Williams, told the Evening Gazette: “It’s been straightened out again now but I believe that’s the third time it’s happened to him in his career.”

He seems asured, and so we need him.
