I was impressed by this article! Thanks for putting it together. I’m not sure about this Beevers bloke but Guy and Coyne can go if they want to! Would be nice to keep Deano and as for Walker, I’m no longer fussed if he joins or not.

  • StevieG Col U says:

Thanks! Do you like the line through the names???!!!??? I do!! lol Up the U’s!

  • Matt_Us says:

Yes, very much!! 😀 Touch of class. On no wait, he doesn’t play for us anymore because he just went to Boro!!

  • Matt_Us says:

Elito on loan becaus LO wouldn’t be able to afford him!

  • StevieG Col U says:

Well, I personally would prefer a loan deal for Elito as I still feel he’s got something about him…

  • Matt_Us says:

Yeah, me too. But unless he was a free, I seriously doubt he could go there for any money!

  • denno4 says:

Best of luck with Beevers you may need it.

  • Matt_Us says:

Worryingly. But I suppose the guy is not much of a gamble and unless we sell Baldwin he may not be automatic first choice, right away.

  • up_the_u's_aaron says:

If not Coyne, the one to go should be Heath I think.

If we are to get rid od Coyne, I think all we need then is two more strikers, with one of them being a proven goal scorer and the other one being fast/tricky. Get rid of Vernon and Guy. So out strikeforce would be Gilly, Platt, and 2 new strikers.

One more signing should do it, and that would be Yeatesy replacement, whoever it may be.

  • KatieDawson says:

Looks like you guys are building quite a strong squad here, shame you lost Yeates but I guess it will free up some cash.

  • Matt_Us says:

We need to spend that money on a striker. Otherwise, the squad is taking shae quite well, I think!

  • up_the_u's_aaron says:

According to Sky Sports, we are in talks with Okuonghae and he is very likely to sign. That’s another defender! Come on Lambert, replace Yeates and also bring in 2 strikers!

  • Matt_Us says:

I reckon you are asking too much too soon! All of July and August to go yet. Are Beevers or Okuonghae better than Heath and Coyne? Not sure! But both are younger

  • StevieG Col U says:

Yep, two more strikers and Yeatesy replacement needed on top of what’s going on at the back.

  • Matt_Us says:

Quite a bit of work to do then!

  • up_the_u's_aaron says:

I supose with Deano going, Williams will deffo sign then!
Then with Baldwin now pretty much signed up, as I said, Yeatesy’s replacement and 2 strikers, and we are good to go.
Also get rid of Jamie Guy and Scott Vernon and Chris Coyne.
